En una sart\u00e9n grande, calentamos el aceite de canola y fre\u00edmos las tiras de res con sal y pimienta, reservar. Ahora en la misma sart\u00e9n, fre\u00edr, el ajo, la cebolla, la zanahoria, el chile morr\u00f3n y el g\u00fcisquil.<\/p>\n<p>Agreguemos una peque\u00f1a cantidad del agua donde hicimos la pasta para sancochar las verduras. Ahora agreguemos el restante del sobredel consom\u00e9 y corregir de sal y pimienta si fuera necesario. Servir la pasta y sobre esta, las verduras y la carne de res que tenemos reservada. Ba\u00f1ar todo con la salsa de soya.
