{"id":1749,"date":"2021-07-05T23:17:26","date_gmt":"2021-07-06T05:17:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rikobrand.com\/?p=1749"},"modified":"2021-08-14T17:07:09","modified_gmt":"2021-08-14T23:07:09","slug":"chao-mein-con-trozos-de-pescado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rikobrand.com\/?p=1749","title":{"rendered":"Chao Mein con trozos de pescado"},"content":{"rendered":"<hr style=\"height: 12px; background: yellow; color: yellow !important; border: none;\" \/>\n<p><strong>Para la pasta\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 caja de chao mein de 180g de camar\u00f3n de RIKO<\/li>\n<li>2 litros de agua<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para el pescado y las verduras <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 lonja de pescado tipo tilapia cortada en cubos<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cebolla blanca cortada en julianas<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd zanahoria cortada en julianas<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd g\u00fcisquil cortado en julianas<\/p>\n<p>1 chile morr\u00f3n verde cortado en julianas<\/p>\n<p>1 diente de ajo finamente picado<\/p>\n<p>Aceite de canola<\/p>\n<p>Sal y pimienta<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedimiento <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En una olla grande con suficiente agua, agregamos la mitad del sobrecito de consom\u00e9 de camar\u00f3n, luego sancochar la pasta 3 minutos, drenamos y reservamos.<\/p>\n<p>En una sart\u00e9n grande, calentamos el aceite de canola y fre\u00edmos los cubos de pescado sal y pimienta, reservar. Ahora en la misma sart\u00e9n, fre\u00edr, el ajo, la cebolla, la zanahoria, el chile morr\u00f3n y el g\u00fcisquil. Agreguemos una peque\u00f1a cantidad del agua donde hicimos la pasta para sancochar las verduras. Ahora agreguemos el restante del sobre del consom\u00e9 y corregir de sal y pimienta si fuera necesario. Servir la pasta y sobre esta, las verduras y los cubos de pescado que tenemos reservados. Ba\u00f1ar todo con la salsa de soya.
