{"id":1756,"date":"2021-07-05T23:19:24","date_gmt":"2021-07-06T05:19:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rikobrand.com\/?p=1756"},"modified":"2021-08-14T17:06:34","modified_gmt":"2021-08-14T23:06:34","slug":"chao-mein-de-hongos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rikobrand.com\/?p=1756","title":{"rendered":"Chao mein de hongos"},"content":{"rendered":"<hr style=\"height: 12px; background: yellow; color: yellow !important; border: none;\" \/>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para la pasta\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 caja de chao mein de 180g de pollo de <strong>RIKO <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 litros de agua<\/p>\n<p>Sal<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para lo dem\u00e1s <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>8-10 hongos grandes enteros de lata o frescos cortados<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cebolla cortada en julianas<\/p>\n<p>1 diente de ajo finamente picado<\/p>\n<p>1 sobre de pollo del campo RIKO<\/p>\n<p>1 sobrecito de salsa de soya<\/p>\n<p>Aceite de oliva<\/p>\n<p>Pimienta<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedimiento <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En una olla grande con suficiente agua y sal, coloquemos la pasta y cocinemos por 3 minutos, drenamos y reservamos.<\/p>\n<p>En una sart\u00e9n grande, calentamos el aceite de oliva y fre\u00edmos los hongos, la cebolla y el ajo. Luego sazonamos todo con el sobrecito del consom\u00e9 de pollo, agregamos pimienta y por ultimo la soya. Agregar la pasta a esta mezcla y tambi\u00e9n agregar un poquito del agua donde cocinamos pasta.
